The order is sent on the same working day if it was confirmed by phone before 15:00. For confirmed orders after this time, shipment will be made the next day. Cristale Semipretioase uses the services of a fast courier - this way the package arrives at its destination in a maximum of 48 hours (usually the next day).
The purchased products will be delivered by express courier within 24-48 hours for the products available in stock in our warehouse. For the rest of the products, the delivery will be made in 3-12 days, depending on the availability in the central warehouse.
The refund fee is 25 Lei per order, and for orders over 1000 Ron, it is supported by Cristal Semipretioase.
